The Best No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe Ever

Make Crust🥧

Graham cracker crust (full recipe and tips): Taste of Home — Homemade Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1-1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs (24 squares)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  1. In a small bowl, combine the crumbs and sugar; add butter and blend well. Press onto the bottom and up the side of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before filling, or bake at 375 degrees until the crust is lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack before filling.

Make Cheesecake Base🍰

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1/3 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Beat in 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  4. Pour into the prepared graham cracker pie crust.

Make Strawberry Layer🍓

  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
  • 1 (16-ounce) package strawberry Danish pudding
  1. Cut the strawberries.
  2. Make the Danish pudding following the recipe on the box.
  3. Pour Danish pudding over the strawberries.
  4. Pour the strawberry pudding mixture carefully over the top of the cheesecake base.

Substitute note: Use Kool-Aid and cornstarch if you do not have Danish pudding.
