Breakfast Wendy's Frosty but Protein

Quick Steps⚡️

  1. Add ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth and thick
  3. Use a high-power blender only
  4. Serve in two tall glasses

Ingredients🥤

  • Tray of ice
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 scoops of protein powder
  • Splash of water (about 1/4 cup)
  • Dash of chocolate powder

Instructions📝

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-power blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick like a Frosty.
  3. Use a strong blender (Blendtec, Vitamix, etc.) so the ice and frozen bananas fully break down.
  4. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.

Yield: Makes two tall glass servings.
